Refunds (if applicable)

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and we are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons: The product is flawed. The print quality is poor. The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. Please email us at info@jjscoastalpaintingllc.fyi with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. For all other inquiries, please contact us at the same email address. If a return is deemed necessary, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Please be aware that unauthorized returns, as well as returns of washed, worn, or damaged items, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Exchanges (if applicable):

Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Shipping:

Upon approval of your claim, we will provide you with the necessary return address. You will bear the responsibility of covering the shipping expenses for returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, it’s advisable to use a trackable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
